KDA Hiring is a Lucknow agency that recruits Indian workers at every skill level for companies in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain. Recruitment is only part of the job. The agency also books the Wafid medical and handles visa stamping. It files emigration clearance on eMigrate and briefs every worker before they fly. Anyone who leaves within 90 days of starting is replaced free.

By skill level
Hiring a site helper and hiring an ICU nurse are very different jobs, so we don't run them the same way. Here's what each level involves.
01 UnskilledHelpers, cleaners, packers and guards make up a big share of most Gulf workforces, and they're usually needed quickly and in numbers. We keep a pool of medically fit candidates who already hold passports, so a 50-person order doesn't start from zero.
02 Semi-skilledThis is where a wrong hire hurts the most. A welder who can't lay a clean bead, or a driver who's never handled a heavy vehicle, can set a project back by weeks. Every semi-skilled candidate we send has passed a hands-on test built around your job description.
03 SkilledA nurse or a site engineer can interview well and still be the wrong hire. Before we send you anyone at this level, we've seen their degree and licence, and we've usually spoken to at least one former manager. Then we book a video call with your technical lead, who gets the final say.
End-to-end support
Finding the right worker is only half the job. The other half is paperwork, and that's usually where Gulf hiring slows down. We take it off your HR team's desk.
At our test centre, candidates get the tools and we watch. A carpenter cuts and joins. An electrician wires a board. Certificates get checked afterwards, and if the job needs English or Arabic, we test that as well.
We book slots at approved Wafid (formerly GAMCA) centres, chase the results and let you know the same day if anyone isn't cleared.
Once your visa is issued, we look after stamping, attestation and the rest of the India-side paperwork. You get regular updates instead of having to chase them.
Workers with ECR passports can't fly without clearance. We file it on eMigrate, buy the mandatory Pravasi Bharatiya Bima Yojana insurance and complete PGE formalities.
Before boarding, workers sit through a briefing on their contract, local laws and site safety. They also leave knowing who to call if something goes wrong.
We keep in touch with both sides once the worker arrives. Should anyone leave within 90 days, we send a replacement with no second recruitment fee.
Bulk orders
A new site or a fresh facility management contract can mean hiring dozens of people in one go. For orders like that, we hold trade tests in batches across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Rajasthan.
Departures can be staggered too. If your project manager wants steel fixers in week one and finishers in week four, that's how they'll arrive.

Yes. A single biomedical engineer or one experienced chef gets the same attention as a group order. Specialist searches can take a little longer, and we'll be upfront about that.
Partly. The visa itself is issued in your country, by you or your PRO. Once it reaches us, we take over. Our team does the stamping, attestation and emigration clearance, and we stay on it until the worker is through the airport.
Most orders take 3 to 6 weeks from the demand letter. Visa queues and medical slots are the main variables, and we'll give you a realistic date once we've seen your requirement.
No. Our fees are paid by the employer. If anyone asks a candidate for money in our name, we'd ask them to report it to hr@kdahiring.com.
