What is manpower supply?
Manpower supply is when an agency finds workers for a company. KDA Hiring does this from India for employers in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain, at every level from helpers to engineers.
One thing worth knowing: the workers we place join your company directly, on your visa and your payroll. We find and test the workers, then take care of everything on the Indian side until they fly. You pay our fee. They don't.

Is this outsourcing, or do the workers join our company?
They join your company. You sponsor the visa, and they're on your payroll. Our role is the recruiting agent in India. We find them, test them and handle the paperwork at our end.
How many workers can you supply?
Anything from a single specialist up to about 500 workers in one order. Big orders are split into batches.
Is there a minimum order?
For skilled roles, no. One person is fine. For unskilled and semi-skilled roles we usually work with orders of five or more.
How are your fees charged?
We give you a written quote before anything starts. It depends on the role, the number of workers and the country. Workers are never charged.
Which countries do you supply manpower to?
All six GCC countries: Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain.
How long does it take?
Most orders take three to six weeks from the demand letter. Licensed professionals such as nurses can take longer because of exams and verification.
What happens if a worker leaves early?
If someone leaves within 90 days, we send a replacement without charging a second fee.
