Structure
The people who get the frame up. Usually the first crew on site and the biggest.
MEA licensed overseas recruitment agency in Lucknow

Most of our orders start on a building site. A contractor in Riyadh needs forty steel fixers by next month, or a villa developer in Muscat is short of tile fixers for the finishing stage. We find those workers in UP and Bihar, test them on the tools and send them over with their papers in order.

Overview
It's recruiting the workers a building project runs on. That covers labourers and helpers, tradespeople such as steel fixers and masons, and the foremen and engineers who supervise them.
KDA Hiring is an MEA licensed agency in Lucknow. We supply construction workers from India to contractors in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain. Tradespeople are tested in person before shortlisting.
Lessons learned
We ask every new client the same question: what went wrong last time you hired from abroad? The answers are surprisingly similar.
None of these are hard problems. They just need someone in India who checks properly, chases paperwork early and is honest with workers before they sign. That's the part we do.
Trades
Grouped roughly by where they fit on a project. Missing a trade you need? Ask. We add new ones whenever a client does.
The people who get the frame up. Usually the first crew on site and the biggest.
They come in once the structure's done. Clients tend to judge a building by their work.
Electrical, plumbing and HVAC. On most Gulf projects these trades decide whether handover happens on time.
Operators and drivers for heavy machines. Licence history gets a close look here.
The people who keep a crew organised and a job safe.
Every site needs them, and lots of them.
Phased mobilisation
Bringing everyone over on day one means paying finishers to wait for the frame. So on bigger jobs we plan arrivals around your programme. A typical pattern looks like this.
Labourers, steel fixers, shuttering carpenters, masons and a foreman or two.
Electricians, plumbers and duct fabricators join while the frame is still going up.
Tile fixers, plasterers, painters and ceiling fixers. Structure crews can finish their contracts or move to the next job.
A smaller team of MEP technicians and cleaners for snagging and final clean.
Structure crews can finish their contracts or move to the next job while finishers arrive.
Trade tests
Every test is adjusted to your job description. Pick a trade to see the usual one.
Gets a bar bending schedule and ties a small cage from it. If the spacing's off or the laps are short, it's a fail.
Your engineer is welcome to watch in person or on a video call.Gulf sites run on permits to work, toolbox talks and strict PPE rules. Many Indian sites are more relaxed. So before departure we brief workers on what's expected, including working in summer heat and why the midday break exists.
Plenty of construction and MEP trades bound for Saudi Arabia need to pass an approved skills test before the visa moves. We know which ones, and we build the test into your timeline.

For contractors
Contractors who share these early usually get their crews sooner.
Even a rough bar chart helps. We can time each crew's arrival so you're not paying for idle hands.
Workers always ask where they'll stay and whether food is included. Clear answers mean fewer drop-outs.
Some contractors supply everything, some expect workers to bring hand tools. Either is fine if it's agreed beforehand.
Someone who can approve candidates and confirm dates. It saves days of back and forth.
Send us your demand letter and we'll start sourcing and testing. You approve the crew, they do their medicals, and we take care of visa stamping and emigration clearance. More on semi-skilled, unskilled and skilled hiring.
