KDA Hiring is the trading name of KDA HiringLabs Overseas Private Limited, a recruitment agency in Lucknow licensed by India's Ministry of External Affairs.
We find workers across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Rajasthan, test them, get them medically cleared, handle their visa and emigration paperwork, and put them on a flight to jobs in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman or Bahrain. Employers pay our fees. Workers never do.

Plan on 3 to 6 weeks from demand letter to departure. Visa queues and medical slots in the destination country decide the exact number.
You send the demand letter
We go through roles, salaries and terms with you, then sign a recruitment agreement that meets Indian emigration rules.
We find and test people
Our recruiters tap contacts across UP, Bihar and Rajasthan. Shortlisted people sit a trade test, and we check their papers plus their English or Arabic.
Wafid medical
Selected candidates visit a Wafid approved centre (it used to be called GAMCA). We match the results against the destination country's health rules.
Visa and eMigrate
We get visas stamped, file emigration clearance for ECR passport holders, arrange insurance and PGE formalities, and brief workers before they fly.
They land, we keep in touch
Workers travel with every document they need. We keep checking in with you and with them, and the 90-day replacement promise still applies.

Is KDA Hiring an MEA approved recruitment agency?
Yes. We're a registered recruiting agent under the Emigration Act, 1983, licence number B-3267/UP/COM/1000+/5/11267/2025. You can verify it on the government's eMigrate portal.
How long does it take to hire Indian workers for Saudi Arabia or the UAE?
Usually 3 to 6 weeks after we get your demand letter. Saudi and UAE visa times shift around, and medical slots fill up in busy months, so we'll give you a firmer date once we've seen your order.
Who pays the recruitment fee for Gulf jobs?
The employer does. We don't take money from workers for selection, processing or placement. For us that rule doesn't bend.
What is a Wafid medical test?
It's the health check GCC countries ask of foreign workers. People still call it GAMCA, its old name. Without a fit result from an approved centre, the work visa normally won't move forward.
Do Indian workers need emigration clearance for GCC jobs?
If they hold an ECR (Emigration Check Required) passport, yes, and all six GCC states come under that rule. We file the clearance on eMigrate and follow it up until it's granted.
What documents does a Gulf employer need to recruit from India?
Normally a demand letter on your letterhead, a power of attorney naming KDA HiringLabs and a sample employment contract. Attestation rules differ from country to country, and we'll tell you exactly what yours needs.
Can KDA Hiring supply manpower in bulk?
Yes, anywhere from 5 workers to 500. When a big site is mobilising, we hold trade tests in batches across UP, Bihar and Rajasthan so selection doesn't drag on.
