It's when an agency finds and provides workers for a company. In our case, we recruit people in India for employers in the Gulf. That covers everything from helpers to engineers. ### Is this outsourcing, or do the workers join our company? They join your company. You sponsor the visa, and they're on your payroll. Our role is the recruiting agent in India. We find them, test them and handle the paperwork at our end. ### How many workers can you supply? Anything from a single specialist up to about 500 workers in one order. Big orders are split into batches. ### Is there a minimum order? For skilled roles, no. One person is fine. For unskilled and semi-skilled roles we usually work with orders of five or more. ### How are your fees charged? We give you a written quote before anything starts. It depends on the role, the number of workers and the country. Workers are never charged. ### Which countries do you supply manpower to? All six GCC countries: Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain. ### How long does it take? Most orders take three to six weeks from the demand letter. Licensed professionals such as nurses can take longer because of exams and verification. ### What happens if a worker leaves early?
