If they hold an ECR (Emigration Check Required) passport, yes, and all six GCC states come under that rule. We file the clearance on eMigrate and follow it up until it's granted. ### What documents does a Gulf employer need to recruit from India? Normally a demand letter on your letterhead, a power of attorney naming KDA HiringLabs and a sample employment contract.
