## What we do

- **Skill levels:** unskilled (labourers, helpers, cleaners, packers), semi-skilled (masons, electricians, welders, drivers, cooks) and skilled professionals (engineers, nurses, HSE officers, IT and finance staff).
- **Industries:** construction, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, oil and gas, transport and logistics, facility management, IT and telecom.
- **End-to-end support:** sourcing, practical trade tests, document and credential checks, Wafid medical coordination, visa stamping and attestation, eMigrate emigration clearance, Pravasi Bharatiya Bima Yojana insurance, pre-departure orientation and after-placement follow-up.
- **Order size:** from a single specialist to about 500 workers per order.
- **Timeline:** usually 3 to 6 weeks from the employer's demand letter. Licensed healthcare roles usually take 2 to 4 months because of verification and exams.
- **Replacement:** if a worker leaves within 90 days, we send a replacement without a second recruitment fee.
